Isaiah 6:8  Then I heard the voice of the Lord asking: Who will I send? Who will go for us? I said: Here I am. Send me.“ (CSB)

When God asks for volunteers, raise your hand. Whatever he asks you to do is better than any plans you are making. When he sends, things happen. When he directs, things get done. When he asks a question, he provides the answer.

I will volunteer for whatever God wants me to do.

Our Father, here I raise my hand in answer to your call. What adventures are you leading us into? Amen.

Daily D – Deuteronomy 29:29

Deuteronomy 29:29 “The Lord our God has secrets known to no one. We are not accountable for them, but we and our children are accountable forever for all that he has revealed to us, so that we may obey all the terms of these instructions.”

Daily D – Deuteronomy 27:19

Deuteronomy 27:19 ‘Cursed is anyone who denies justice to foreigners, orphans, or widows.’
And all the people will reply, ‘Amen.’

Daily D – Psalm 73:21-26

Psalm 73:21-26 “Then I realized that my heart was bitter,
and I was all torn up inside.
I was so foolish and ignorant—
I must have seemed like a senseless animal to you.
Yet I still belong to you;
you hold my right hand.
You guide me with your counsel,
leading me to a glorious destiny.
Whom have I in heaven but you?
I desire you more than anything on earth.
My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak,
but God remains the strength of my heart;
he is mine forever.”

Daily D – Deuteronomy 17:16-17

Deuteronomy 17:16, 17 “The king must not build up a large stable of horses for himself or send his people to Egypt to buy horses, for the Lord has told you, ‘You must never return to Egypt.’ The king must not take many wives for himself, because they will turn his heart away from the Lord. And he must not accumulate large amounts of wealth in silver and gold for himself.”

Daily D – Deuteronomy 14:28-29

Deuteronomy 14:28, 29 “At the end of every third year, bring the entire tithe of that year’s harvest and store it in the nearest town. Give it to the Levites, who will receive no allotment of land among you, as well as to the foreigners living among you, the orphans, and the widows in your towns, so they can eat and be satisfied. Then the LORD your God will bless you in all your work.”
