Psalm 18:32
God — he clothes me with strength
and makes my way perfect. (CSB)

Is not this the God who armed me,
then aimed me in the right direction?
(The Message)

All that I am, all that I become that honors God and serves others, is a testimonial to God’s gracious hand.

My strengths and my various capacities are all gifts from our Father in Heaven, who loves us so.

The path filled with adventures is laid out step by step by our faithful Father.

He equips us. He points us in the right direction. He hits his intended target. We are blessed in the going, the doing, and the success he appoints and accomplishes.

It’s all about him. It’s not about me. Nothing I can think, do, or say will ever improve on his purpose.

As God draws me from his quiver today and places me on his string, as he pulls that string back for precise delivery, I yield to his intention and serve his purpose.

I will hit the mark of his perfect aim.

Our Father, what is the target of this day? Aim me in the right direction. Amen.
